1. Covered Activities

This section addresses on-set and location safety in connection with the UIGOL casting and production marketplace platform ("المنصة") operated by UIGOL, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates ("UIGOL", "we", "us", or "our"). Users accessing the المنصة from the UAE, the wider GCC, or internationally acknowledge that applicable UAE federal laws, emirate-level regulations, and recognized industry standards may apply alongside the contractual terms accepted at registration.

All participants agrees to prioritize human safety over schedule or budget pressures in a manner consistent with professional casting and production industry practice, the المنصة's سياسة الاستخدام المقبول, and all applicable laws governing employment, labor, safety, privacy, and commercial conduct in jurisdictions where services are performed or consumed.

2. Roles Covered

This policy applies to المواهب, crew, directors, producers, extras, and visitors with authorized set access.

3. Geographic Reach

Safety obligations apply at UAE studios, outdoor locations, international shoots booked via the المنصة, and virtual production environments with physical components.

4. Relationship to Local Law

Users must comply with UAE Occupational Safety and Health frameworks, Civil Defence requirements, and destination-country rules for cross-border productions.

1. Pre-Production Planning

Hiring parties should document known risks including stunts, pyrotechnics, animals, water work, heights, and night shooting.

2. Risk Assessments

Complex activities require written risk assessments and qualified safety personnel where industry standards demand.

3. Contractor Duties

المواهب and crew must review safety briefings and refuse participation in unreasonably dangerous activities not disclosed in advance.

4. Minors

Productions involving minors must follow the سياسة القُصّر, guardian presence requirements, and shortened work hours.

1. Certified Personnel

Stunts, rigging, firearms (where lawful), and SFX must be supervised by qualified specialists.

2. Personal Protective Equipment

Appropriate PPE must be provided or specified before work commences.

3. Equipment Inspection

Faulty grip, electrical, or rigging equipment must be tagged out and reported immediately.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Unauthorized modification of safety gear or bypassing of lockout procedures is forbidden.

1. Rest Breaks and Hydration

Adequate rest, shade, and hydration must be available, especially in high-heat UAE conditions.

2. Medical Support

Productions should maintain access to first aid and emergency medical contacts.

3. Harassment and Psychological Safety

Safety includes freedom from harassment, bullying, and coercive conduct; see سياسة مكافحة التحرش.

4. Sanitation

Welfare facilities must meet basic hygiene standards on location.

1. Immediate Reporting

Injuries, near-misses, and property damage must be reported to production management and, where required, authorities.

2. المنصة Notification

Serious incidents connected to المنصة engagements should also be reported to UIGOL compliance within forty-eight (48) hours.

3. Preservation of Evidence

Scene conditions, equipment, and witness statements should be preserved pending investigation.

4. Non-Retaliation

Reporting safety concerns in good faith must not result in retaliation; see سياسة الإبلاغ عن المخالفات.

1. Suspension

UIGOL may suspend users who repeatedly ignore safety requirements or falsify safety credentials.

2. No Guarantee

Except as expressly stated herein or in the شروط خدمة المنصة, UIGOL disclaims responsibility for on-set conditions controlled by third-party productions. Nothing in this document creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship unless explicitly agreed in a separate signed instrument.

3. Insurance

Users are responsible for verifying applicable workers' compensation or production insurance coverage.

4. Acknowledgment

Using the المنصة for production services constitutes acknowledgment of this policy.
